Tom was very personable and enjoyable to work with. Right when he arrived, I felt completely at ease with him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The problem I had with the car didn't show up when he was here but he looked at all the possibilities and found the car to be in generally good shape and made some recommendations of what might have been the issue. Additionally he found my rear brakes to be in desperate need of replacement. I scheduled an appointment for him to come out at a later date to repair them and look forward to his visit! I will continue to request Tom to work on all my cars.

Abraham was 10 minutes early (that's great), diagnosed the problem quickly as a dead battery, and tested the charging system as good go. He proceeded to complete the systems check and recommended a top-off of the cooling fluid. We discussed the options and I was able to get the battery replaced by a local (1200ft. away from my parking lot) Skip's Tire And Auto Repair, in 1 hour. I was very happy and will keep your contact info. for the next time I need help with my car.
