He was on time and was very thorough explaining the issues my car was having. Came back with Parts the next day and fixed my car. In total this process to find the problem and fix it was in total about 3 hours of my time. The shop would have had my car all day and probably into the next day. Kyle was amazing! It feels good to know that mechanics like Kyle exist and such a treat that he's a part of YourMechanic. When he arrived, he listened to my concerns and the issues we were dealing with our car. Since I was working remotely, I was only able to interact briefly on my break. His warmth gave me assurance that we were in great hands. So I handed him the keys and headed inside with my little ones on my tail.
