On his last visit Theo recommended a power steering fluid change as it needed it and to rid the sqeakes it made when you turn the wheels...turns out that wasn't the cause but Theo didn't give up and found the problem and to adjust position of a pump which the vibrations were causing the noise...Thanks Theo

He was very prompt and courteous. I will commend him for having to work in a very narrow area in my apartment's parking area. He was very concerned about making sure that he wouldn't be blocking anyone else at the complex. He was finished before the time specified and gave me sound advice to benefit me in the only repair needed. I hope we can work together again next time and will definitely tell more friends.

SERVICE

Battery

AMOUNT PAID

$198.10
by Nicole from Seattle, WA 98119

Noe was so friendly and helpful when he came to replace the battery in my car. He didn't waste any time getting to the appointment earlier than needed which was convenient for me. Using YourMechanic for the first time was lovely and so much easier than getting towed to get something simplistic done. I love this service. Thank you Noe!

Is there a rating higher than five stars? I figured out what the other auto place they went to couldn’t and save me some money on a wheel repair as well as time to fix it. He also identified a broken tie rod that they haven’t. Could’ve been very dangerous.

Answers to common Kia questions

Q: Why is my passenger airbag light always on?
Answered by Tom
Hello! Thank you for writing in with this question. Kia released Technical Service Bulletin/Recall Action (TSB SC-076A) that specifically covers this issue. The TSB outlines an update to the OCS Electronic Control Module that is located in the seat cushion....
Q: Keep needing new headlight bulbs, why is this happening?
Answered by Michael
Hello, replacing bulbs frequently can be bothersome. A couple of reasons come to mind. If you are using the cheapest bulbs possible, the cheap filaments may just be failing. Trying a good quality bulb may be a good start. You...
Q: Air Conditioning is not doing very much at all
Answered by Michael
Hello! While not having A/C can be uncomfortable, the problem is repairable. If the system is out of refrigerant, there is a leak present. With any luck, the last technician that replaced your compressor added A/C dye to the system...
Q: Exhaust fumes leaking into the car
Answered by Tom
This concern could be caused by a cracked exhaust manifold. Is the Check Engine light on? If so, a certified, local mechanic, like one with YourMechanic, could diagnose the problem (https://www.yourmechanic.com/book/?mktg_jid=321) with a scan tool. Due to the poisonous nature...
