Lucas was really friendly and knew what he was doing. I had booked to replace my alternator (having been told that was the problem) but he did an inspection and found that the real problem was my battery. Not only on time, but early. Polite and pleasant. Explained things clearly. Since he was early I was able to get off to my errands in a reasonable amount of time because he finished the job early. Would hope he'd be the person to do any future repairs.

The job was supposed to be 5 hrs (est) but he was only here for 3. Civil, polite, pleasant, and a sense of humor. Took time explaining things to me which, as a non-mechanical lady, I appreciated. If the car needs more work I'd book him. I'd like an updated report on the "health" of my car. Thanks.
