Nazareth is the man! Knows his shit, patiently explains, and gives you a fair price.

The job was supposed to be 5 hrs (est) but he was only here for 3. Civil, polite, pleasant, and a sense of humor. Took time explaining things to me which, as a non-mechanical lady, I appreciated. If the car needs more work I'd book him. I'd like an updated report on the "health" of my car. Thanks.

Not only on time, but early. Polite and pleasant. Explained things clearly. Since he was early I was able to get off to my errands in a reasonable amount of time because he finished the job early. Would hope he'd be the person to do any future repairs.

Great guy to talk to. Understood Toyota's and the need to perform a quality pre-inspection before purchase. There is never a guarantee that something might happen when you drive off the lot, however having a seasoned mechanic give it a detailed look is worth the money. Friendly easy to talk to. Let me know exactly when he would be arriving. Actually called and asked if he can come earlier than the scheduled appointment time which was alright with me.
