What a pleasure it was to do business with your company! i gave up on doing my own work when the carb became a dinosaur, and have been burned many times since both in shops and by "driveway" mechanics. It was such a relief to find your service which sent a professional, friendly, and above all HONEST mechanic, Chris, who diagnosed the problem to be something far less catastrophic, and hence, far less expensive a fix, that I had anticipated. Where I, admittedly, was ripe for fleecing, Chris kept it real, and not just got me rolling again, but advised me what issues to expect in the future. Where he recommended further work would prudent, he also tempered that with cost to value analysis based on the age of my vehicle, which will give me the advantage when future issues arise. For the time he spent, the accurate diagnosis and evaluation of the repair, and the truly low fee for the service call and repair, i feel like I made out like a bandit!
