Lucas was great. He was very friendly and professional. My car ended up needing an additional service and Lucas was able to identify the issue right away. Setting up the appointment for the second service was super easy. When he came back for the second service, he even gave me a tip for improving the coldness of my air conditioning. He took the time to walk me through how I could do it on my own, which I really appreciated. This was my first time using YourMechanic and the whole experience was great.
