Mark was great! He arrived early and was both professional and personable. He was extremely easy to talk to, and though my general questions kept him there an extra 10–15 minutes, he didn't seem to mind. One of my rotors was close to needing replacement, but he didn't pressure me — he explained that my brakes would work fine but the pads would wear out faster, which I was fine with.
