My car wasn't starting and I checked the battery and things looked fine. Juan came out on a Monday morning to do a complete inspection and concluded that it was the starter. He came out the next day and fixed it. He ended up charging me $100 less than the initial quote (which was reasonable). I will for sure reach back out to Juan in the future. It was so convenient to have him come out and it's nice to have someone who does good work at a fair rate.

Brandon was perfect,period! my concern is with the parts. requested a strut assembly replacement which you state"The strut assembly, located in the front or rear of the car, is basically a shock absorber with a spring coil". the struts didn't come with coil springs.When I called to express my concerns, i was told by a gal that the coils were optional, and that to save me money, they were not including the springs which your own website says were included! I could have gotten the struts with coil spring online with a 10 year warranty,for $149.00, instead I paid more money for less parts, and a 12 month warranty. quite disappointing.Felt I was mislead!!
