Had my alternator replaced by Rodney Bewley on my 2005 rotorua toyota highlander. The service couldn't have gone better. Rodney was earlier than expected, which was great. Instantly knew what was wrong and he was very great at telling me all my choices and helping me consider and evaluate what needed to be done and in what order. I am so thankful as a woman to have mechanic that I can trust instead of having to find myself someone else to help me make sure that my automotive work is done correctly . No I don’t need anyone else to help me decide what’s wrong or needs to be done because I have someone to trust that will come to my house and work on my car while I am in the leisure of my own home. This is better in so many ways they going to the dealership or taking the time to have to drop a car off and go pick it up and get a ride home and all that stuff instead, you walk out to your car hand a key and Boom an hour later your car is done and ready to go. Fantastic service! I was stranded in Davis due to starter issues and there were no available mechanics around to replace my starter. I found Bereketeab through YourMechanic and he was able to drive to me from Sacramento (keep in mind, he did not need to do this at all as it was out of his service area) and replace my starter. He showed me how to replace the starter and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommended!
