He is such a professional and really knows his stuff! Didn't take him long at all to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Good work, but bad attitude and language barrier. We were billed 78 dollars, no parts labor shown and charged $98. We supplied the parts. (spark plugs) Why charged so much. Also when he called to say he was here (lost) his phone was so garbled could not understand him at all or interpret the phone number he was leaving. Had to listen 5 times still couldn't - saved because someone from company called me and I gave directions. He arrived very angry that "we" were the cause of him being late. I beg to differ completely. Also at front of park there is a map that he didn't even look at. So was offended he was angry at us for his late schedule Also, his truck leaks oil very bad, now there is oil all over the font of our house.
