Roland was great. He arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and communicated his arrival twice. Friendly and excellent knowledge of my vehicle (BMW X5) and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem for the short term to help me get to work and back until they can fix the issue permanently. Roland explained the long term issues that needed to be fixed and did some trouble shooting to help me save money to permanently correct the problem. 5 stars

Roland's has a can do attitude and gives it his all when repairing or servicing your vehicle. The alternator job was difficult but his professionalism and perseverance ensured the job was completed.

Roland is punctual, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He is very easy to speak to and is excellent at describing and showing you what is wrong with your car. He is honest and gives you options if you are trying to save money. If you are looking for a great mechanic, I highly recommend you give him a chance.
