Q: My car won't start.
My dad said he "disabled" my car but I'm not sure what he means by that & he wasn't specific at all. But he said he didn't uninstall my starter, & I saw the starter under the hood. its not the battery bec when I insert the key, everything turns on (radio, lights, etc), but it clicks but no sound or start. What is it? What can I do? Can an Amature fix this? Is it simple or complex?
