This sounds like you may have picked up water in your fuel tank. Since you have tried the fuel cleaner already, try putting in a octane fuel enhancer also. If this continuous check the spark plugs and fuel filter. Also, see if you can get your vehicle scanned so you can make sure that there aren't any troubles codes in the computers memory.
