This is a known problem, You vehicle should be under the recall, I can in no way say yours was one under recall but shows on my end it should be, Even if the recall was done? you still need to call dealer and let them know the problem is back etc, The recall may not have been done., Basically its changing the rack which includes the module and motor. I have attached a copy of the "owners letter" for the recall, It is a .pdf file so if using a phone? you may? need to open the file from your email . Here is that file link
