At first, I was skeptical of the whole mobile mechanic deal. After dealing with Jose, I have no qualms about referring others to him. Other shops said that I needed the CV axle and a few other things. Jose took a look and let me know that it was the hub and bearings. He was done in an hour, for half of what the shops wanted. This included time to go over what he was doing and why.

Russell is very professional and knowledgeable. He pinpointed my problem during the inspection in just a few minutes. He was very friendly and informative about additional repairs that I should consider having done. When I have the extra money to do them i will definitely want Russell performing the labor on them. I was very impressed that he went to purchase the distributor needed to complete the repair and even showed up early on Sunday afternoon to complete the repairs. This was a lot easier than I thought. Half the work is finding a way to return home after dropping off your car and returning to the repair shop to pick it up. A cab is $35 and calling a relative/friend at work is out of the question. You actually get to see the work. And, you can give your permission to say yes or no and make a decision. Brian gets right to work when he arrives. Very professional. Thanks man. This business fix’s itself. Very good investment for the YourMechanic company.

Brian was really great! Not only did he solve the issue, he helped refund a newer (and more expensive) part that I had gotten on the cheap at a salvage yard. Communication was a little rocky, but that was mostly a trickle-down from poor communication with YourMechanic and has less to do with Brian's responsibilities.
