Andrew was great! We had a check engine warning and did the diagnostic work to determine what it might be and provided honest recommendations for fixes. He was professional and quick too!

Andrew was awesome!! Arrived on time and finished as scheduled. More importantly he fixed the issue w/ our car, performed the additional services we requested, and reset the maintenance reminder.

I was told by a car stereo store that my alternator and battery were both bad. I asked Chris to replace both. Chris' testing revealed that our battery and alternator were fine. His honest assessment saved me about $700!

We will definitely use Jose by request in the future. He was very professional and efficient. He came from beaverton and changed my oil in my GMC truck and serviced my Differential, then travelled all the way back to beaverton again, then came back and changed my wife's Volvo XC90 oil within three hours. Then they told him he had another oil change back in beaverton AGAIN!!! He never complained. I would've told them to "kiss my a--"! THANK YOU JOSE.

This was a great experience. I was a little nervous at first since this is a real divergence from the normal routine of taking your car to a shop to get worked on. But it all worked out and was a great convenience for my family. I am glad that this experience was a positive one and I will definitely be using the service again. Thank you.

Answered by Jay
Even though you can get the car to start and run by sticking the wires into the connector, it will not keep out moisture and it could corrode even more. I would recommend having a mechanic inspect the sensor and...
Steering wheel bolt loose.
Answered by Jay
The vehicle shows it has a recall from the manufacturer for the tie rod ends coming loose or failing and driver may loose control. The recall number is 06V155000. My recommendation is to not drive the vehicle and contact your...
Reduced engine performance that smooths out after 40 MPH until acceleration.
Answered by Michael
Hello, being that the engine and transmission are computer controlled, a scanner needs to be connected to retrieve codes. If there are no codes present the technician will be able look at data retrieved by the scanner and come to...
Keys won't turn ignition past position 1.
Answered by Evan
It sounds like there is a problem with your ignition switch. The ignition switch is what your key turns. It has 4 positions. Off, accessory, on or run, and start. It must be jamming and not allowing the key to...
