On time and informative! This was my first time using a mobile mechanic and it was great. Cheaper and more efficient than getting work done at the dealership. Chris did a great job explaining future work that will need to be done on my car.

SERVICE

Timing Belt

AMOUNT PAID

Chris was friendly and did exactly what he said he'd do in the time he said he'd do it. It was a timing belt and water pump replacement, and I'm very satisfied with my experience. Thanks Chris!

AMOUNT PAID

by peter from Portland, OR 97205

Was amiable, friendly, confident and clear about his work. Showed photo evidence of the valve adjustment and was not pushy in any way about more maintenance, but I'll have more work done by him anyway. This mechanic took time with it and didn't rush the job even though it easily could have been a rush job.

Oil Change

by Aniko from Portland, OR 97230

Gerron was awesome!! Great communication, very helpful and went above and beyond to help not only fix my car but also explain what he did and why. Would recommend, 10/10

Fast, efficient replacement the starter. They quoted an hour and it was. This is the first time we've used this service and I was very surprised at how simple it was. Lots of communication though out the process, price was super affordable in that you don't have to drive across town and sit all day or figure out transportation.. that's worth a lot.

SERVICE

Door Latch

AMOUNT PAID

$208.75
by Kirsten from Portland, OR 97227

Brian was really great! Not only did he solve the issue, he helped refund a newer (and more expensive) part that I had gotten on the cheap at a salvage yard. Communication was a little rocky, but that was mostly a trickle-down from poor communication with YourMechanic and has less to do with Brian's responsibilities.
