David arrived onsite and quicly identified the mechanical issue with my 2021 Mini Cooper S was a electrical glitch that made the battery miscarge and lose its ability to start and keep the engine operating. There was was no problem with the Mini’s starter. The ineffective battery was replaced, and once replaced, David ensured the new battery charged the engine effectively and syncd properly with the car’s electrical system. Also, he also performed a 22 point check..
