First time user of YourMechanic, I'm shockingly pleased! Russ was super informative about everything, he even drew out diagrams so I could understand bigger issues happening in my car. There was a very minor issue where the website told him the wrong parts for my car and he had to go to the auto parts store mid-repair, but it was not a big deal for me and didn't seem like one to him. He even stayed longer than the appointment was supposed to last to explain everything going on, and gave me a bigger discount than what I was originally quoted. I'm very happy with the service and would book him again.
