Gary was very professional. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and immediately started to inspect the car by taking photos to verify a leak in the water pump. After Gary finished his examination and got the results, he shared them with me and explained the area (color) on the water pump that confirm leakage. I appreciate the show and tell demo because it gave me as the customer a visual of what was going on which is awesome, I think! I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism that Gary displayed while working on my Saturn Vue and I really like the fact that I could relax at my on home while Gary worked on my vehicle.
