Josh went above and beyond to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. It was raining, bitter cold, but with some shelter he went on to find each and every single problem down to a simple power seat issue. He cut no corners and took all the necessary pictures to show what needed to be done. If you have a chance to book Josh, book him. I will definitely be using him again.

Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...

Answered by Jay
