Jason is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was prompt, (even a few minutes early). After replacing my starter, showed me exactly what was wrong with the old one. I asked about a couple more service jobs I wanted to consider. He explained them and sent quotes. Excellent service! I would like Jason back for future work.

My second time with Jason. Same high level of service. Very conscientious. Doesn't just "work on your car" but has researched you problem and offers thoughtful opinions and options. I'm pleased to have found a trusted mechanic paired with a brilliant, convenient service! I'll be asking for him again for future needs. And now my wife wants to begin using this service for maintenance on her car as well.

Very polite, courteous, well informed. Had issues that made him late which were completely understandable. Kept me informed at all times enroute. Had to work in high heat but had good attitude. Very likeable person.

Have to replace my brakes really frequently

Car is shutting off while driving
Answered by Jay
The first thing to do is to have the fuel cap replaced (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-fuel-filler-cap). The cap may be overtightened, causing gas tank venting to be blocked. If this gets blocked then the fuel tank can go into a vacuum and cause...
Worried about a noise in the engine
Answered by Michael
Having an engine noise can be annoying and damaging over time. Did the noises start after having the oil and filter changed? I ask because there are some aftermarket oil filters which will cause pressure variations in the engine, creating...
