Not only was he on time and efficient at changing all four brake pads on my wife's car, he took the time to explain to my sons how the brakes worked and what the different parts that controlled the brakes. David was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. A diagnostic test was ran as I was not sure of the problem. Thought it was the starter and it was the alternator. He will be back tomorrow to complete the job. Pricing was excellent compared to the dealership!!!

Performed a thorough evaluation of potential problems and was able to rule out the simpler ones. Was very knowlegeable and did not cut corners, spending quite a long time working on the car and doing some detective work. Was not able to create a job to fix the problem in the end since it is most likely timing belt related which is work that cannot be performed by a mobile mechanic.
