Joshua spent his time and explained what he saw. After previously having the slave cylinder repaired by another mechanic, the clutch had difficulty going into gear only two weeks after being repaired. Though it would not go into gear for me the multiple times I tried over the past several months, luckily, it worked fine when Joshua arrived. I appreciated Joshua taking the time to assess and explain the process and why he believed it was now working. I also appreciated Joshua taking it on a test drive with me to assess it on the road.

Stefan was over 1 hour late to the appointment. I was disappointed that he did not call me to let me know he was running so far behind. When he did arrive he didn't even introduce himself but instead verified with me what we were going to do to my car. The repairs appear to be done correctly but I was late picking up my kids from school because Stefan was not on time.
