I booked an appointment with Rodney for a timing belt, water pump, and primary belt(s) replacement service on my 2003 Toyota Tundra. The appointment was scheduled for 8am, and Rodney showed up right on time. From start to finish Rodney provided excellent customer service and great technical ability. He was about 40 mins late to the appointment but still professional when answering my questions. However, the problem was not resolved (changing the oli pressure sensor did not eliminate the oil warning light from showing up). So I was hoping he could have tested the car to see if not resolved what else could be done but was only focused on completing the job and be done.

This guy was amazing!!! The YourMechanic site messed up our address (we needed to change locations at the last minute but we were not able to according to the site but the location was changed to the new site and we didn't know it until it was too late and due to the fact that our car could only be driven so many miles due to the "cooling off" period we could not drive to the other location) and Stefan went over the Antioch bridge twice to come to inspect our car which was desperately necessary and needed that day. He came and did his job and unfortunately I was not there to see the whole thing but my husband was and my husband is lost without me and did not tip this awesome young man.
