Arrived when expected and had all the necessary parts and tools to complete the job. After completing the assigned work reviewed the status of the car for other maintenance items and provided a report as the the cars condition. The repair solved the problem and cleared the diagnostic code so I could pass smog check. Would definitely use this service again. Great job Lucas!

My experience with Peter was tainted by a lack of communications. I expected him at 4:45 PM (booked time)and only about 20 minutes I called to verify his arrival. I was told to wait some more and I requested that Peter call me. Apparently he made many calls but there is major fly in the ointment; I do not answer calls showing "unavailable" on my caller ID. (I get too damn many scam calls under "unavailable") I suggest that you change your phone readouts to a company id. However, it was 2 hrs after my appointment that Peter was at the door. A little bit late and frustrating because of all those scam calls. Anyway, Peter did fine with his job performance. He is a very friendly individual and knows what he is doing. His courteous way makes it easy to communicate in person. I do recommend him freely.
