Very pleased with the service. Came on-time (in fact checked ahead if he could come a bit early). Patrick took the time to look at the vehicle, and was very thorough in explaining the issue, and fixing it. After the service, he took the car for a drive, had me test drive to notice the difference, and did a general inspection of the vehicle, and suggested what might be needed (nothing urgent). Couldn't be happier! I had car evaluated by a local shop and they wanted to charge twice the price and couldn't get to my car for over a week. Luis was punctual, and even showed up early to my first appointment, after asking if that was okay. We ended up having to schedule an appointment for a different service than the one I thought I needed. He explained why without being condescending (mechanics aren't always the nicest to us ladies!) and got the work done efficiently. He was personable and kind in all of our interactions, and thorough to boot -- we went on a test drive to ensure he had properly addressed the issue I was having with my car.
