Car Inspection

Was earlie to work on my truck unfortunately he was not able to remove the old rusted frozen bolts without the possibility to damage other parts. We agree that it was better to take it to a shop that could work on the truck even if they broke the frozen bolts.

Timing Belt

by Keith from Richmond, VA 23234

Patrick was late for the appointment due to some unforeseen problems. He was very nice and professional. It was a very difficult part to replace on my vehicle but he handled it with patience and composure. My son who lives in California recommended trying my mechanic out. I had never heard of the service and was very skeptical about trying it. Because of how good Patrick was, I am glad I tried it out. He also inspected other parts of my vehicle which was a good surprise. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone and would ask for him anytime I need service. If Patrick is an example of your mechanics than you have a great service.

Answers to common Dodge questions

Q: Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after
Answered by Derek
As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Q: Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Q: Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Q: Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
