Fantastic experience. Jason was thorough in making sure the problem with my car was fixed. He both explained and showed everything to me in a way I could easily understand, and he was very polite and pleasant to deal with. I felt that he was honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Your Mechanic again, and I will specifically book Jason to do my service. I'm very pleased. This was a much better experience than going to an auto body shop.

Jacob is very professional, on time, keeps customer informed throughout the process from start to finish. HIGHLY recommended, extremely knowledgeable and on top of his game plan. Goes out of his way to make sure the customer understands all excellent communication skills so the customer feels good in knowing that he/she understands the issues. If I ever need auto work again, Jacob will be my first and only choice PERIOD!! As to "Your Mechanic as business- first glass, way to go. I will recommend any one to this site and recommend Jacob!!

Alex came out and quickly identified a vacuum leak on my Ford Expedition while I was at work. He was very professional, informative, and helpful on the phone. After I fixed the vacuum leak myself, Alex continued to make himself available via text to give me very helpful advice on a number of misfire codes that appeared after I fixed the leak. He was in no way obligated to continue advising and helping me, but kindly did so and I am tremendously grateful! Thank you, Alex. You made my day. It's such a good feeling when you get a chance to interact with a truly good human being.

This is the first time I have used YourMechanic. The only complaint I have is that he was about an hour late. It took him longer than he expected - not 20 min. but about an hour. In this case that does not really matter, except that I would not have stayed with him at my car if I had known it would take about an hour rather than 20 minutes - I would have gone back to my office and let him call me when done. He seemed very knowledgeable and told me about the brake pads and what was and was not needed. I would request Kyle again.
