Alex came out and quickly identified a vacuum leak on my Ford Expedition while I was at work. He was very professional, informative, and helpful on the phone. After I fixed the vacuum leak myself, Alex continued to make himself available via text to give me very helpful advice on a number of misfire codes that appeared after I fixed the leak. He was in no way obligated to continue advising and helping me, but kindly did so and I am tremendously grateful! Thank you, Alex. You made my day. It's such a good feeling when you get a chance to interact with a truly good human being.

by Adarsh from Irving, TX 75039

Great mechanic to work with, had some trouble getting the brake pistons back into place due to them being a little overextended(my fault for waiting till last minute to replace pads). got the job done anyways and taught me a little bit as well! great job.

Carlos did a great job as usual. Although my car problem ended up being really bad news, Carlos took the time to explain everything, show me everything, tried several different things, and took pictures. He even pushed my dead car off the street and into a parking space for me. I highly recommended him for any car problems you have. He is an honest and trustworthy mechanic!

SERVICE

Spark Plugs

AMOUNT PAID

$128.30
by Sherry from Irving, TX 75063

This is the first time I have used YourMechanic. The only complaint I have is that he was about an hour late. It took him longer than he expected - not 20 min. but about an hour. In this case that does not really matter, except that I would not have stayed with him at my car if I had known it would take about an hour rather than 20 minutes - I would have gone back to my office and let him call me when done. He seemed very knowledgeable and told me about the brake pads and what was and was not needed. I would request Kyle again.

Benjamin was right on time for our appointment, which I really appreciate, and did everything in about 45 minutes. He did a thorough inspection of my recently purchased Explorer and gave me peace of mind that I had an excellent car in my hands. He was very professional and submitted his report as soon as he was done working on my SUV. I asked many questions concerning the overall quality and current state of the SUV and he answered everything with a clear explanation, very good service. Thanks Bejamin!
