Can't say how happy of a customer I am after my appointment with Jacob. He's professional, easy-going, and gets right to the job. Most importantly, he's an honest hard working guy that just wants to help you. We had an appointment for a new alternator. We ended up deciding to change the battery as well but our original order didn't include that so he didn't have an extra battery in his truck. Jacob volunteered to drive with us to our local auto parts shop to help change the battery. Didn't charge us for any extra - just wanted to make sure our car was good to go. Goes over and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone!
