Edmar was such a professional. He found a leak in my radiator that firestone did not and was able to replace radiator and the scheduled water pump in the same visit. And all for the same price Firestone quoted for just the water pump! He communicated my status the whole time via text, sent photos of the issues. He showed up early and still finished early. Carlos arrived early to my appointment. Initially, I was impressed with how friendly he is. He very quickly confirmed that replacing the brake light switch was what my car needed and he was finished in no time at all. Benjamin had to reschedule the first appointment, which happens. Not a big deal at all. When he did come for the rescheduled appointment, he was apologetic, courteous and quick. Probably took him 30 minutes to swap out the serpentine belt and give my car a once over. Had some suggestions but didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. Great experience, I’ll definitely use his services again. Thanks!
