Lewis is a great guy and did a great job.

Lewis was great! He gave me a heads up that he was on his way, arrived on time, and changed my oil in a timely manner, and all with a great attitude! Unfortunately the first mechanic I booked did not show up, so I had considered not using YourMechanic again. However, Lewis was great! I'll definitely use the company again.

Louis arrived on time actually a little early. He came ready to work and listened to every one of my instructions. More importantly he followed my directions which is great because most men don't want to do that with a woman. I definitely would do business with him again.

Lewis was friendly and extremely professional. It turned out that what I believed to be the problem with my vehicle was not the issue at all and he made sure to explain everything he found during his diagnostic. He also let me know what my next steps could and should be. He is a awesome guy and a great mechanic! If and when I require service from YourMechanic in the future I will definitely request Lewis as the mechanic they send to help.

Lewis came to my apartment my speaker on my phone was not working. I had to text Lewis for directions ,and he was understanding. I thought the problem with my car was worse than it actually was. Lewis checked everything to make sure that he diagnosed the problem appropriately. There were a number of things that could have caused my car to be acting up, but Lewis made sure he took all the necessary steps to diagnose the correct problem.

Lewis was professional and kind.

The overall experience was very positive but my original appointment was set as pending so no one showed. But everyone worked hard to rectify this and Lewis was here 6 hours later than original appointment.

Everything up to the actual meeting of Lewis and the actual service was a pain. I kept getting reschedule due to mechanics backing out. My appoitment was changed multiple times. However, once Lewis was set up and he came out he did a great job. He walked me through everything that will be done and he used my own parts and even installed my air filter which was not part of my service without hesitation. Lewis was great and my car has been running well ever since he worked on it. He even gave me a few pointers and pointed out a possible issue I may have in the future.
