Carlos was there exactly on time. Did an inspection of the vehicle and described what he was doing every step. Carlos is very friendly and knowledgeable. He went through troubleshooting steps and found the problem right away. He explained everything to me clearly and answered any question that I had. First time using this service, and Keith was great! Friendly, professional, timely and got the job done fast. I had originally scheduled to have all of my brake pads and rotors replaced - he pointed out that my 2 front rotors actually didn't need to be replaced, so he saved me some money too. This guy knows his stuff, he'll give it to you straight, no BS and none of that pressure for a bunch of extra expensive stuff that's typical of a lot of car repair shops & dealerships.

Toby came to perform a pre-purchase car inspection. We made him go to the top floor of a car parking lot to inspect the car. Let me tell you, it was confusing for me to get there (it was my first time there), and it was confusing for him too (I felt bad!!). Despite of this, Toby made it there and on time. Toby was very polite and professional. His service was excellent. I left him to do his job while I went back to work (and so did the previous owner). He called the previous owner, handed him the keys, and left his report online. Toby mentioned the report could show up within 15 mins to 24 hrs. The previous owner texted me once he got the keys back. By the time I get his text message, I check the website, his report shows up online (literally minutes!!). We also chatted over the phone. Decent guy. I would definitely recommend Toby's service to anyone buying a pre-owned car, and yourmechanic.com for such an easy process. Good job guys!
