Raul called to let me know he was on the way and when he would arrive, arrived on time, and diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem I had with my Honda Civic. He discussed the cause of the problem and showed me how I could fix it myself. My impression from talking with him is that he is very well trained and has many years of experience, and I will call him when I need routine maintenance or urgent repairs.

Tony was great. We couldn't find the problem with my car (we couldn't duplicate the mouse is heard) but he took my wheels off and showed me how my brakes are fine and the car is in great shape for its age.
