Words can't describe how helpful David was. He responded to all my messages prior to our appointment and he was able to talk with me on the phone as well to discuss the problems my car was having. He showed up the next day right on time and he got on the job right away. I was there through the whole process and he was explaining to me every step of the way. I set up an appointment a couple of weeks in advance because I knew that I'd have a busy schedule and taking care of maintenance items can be a time suck. But this service was anything but sucky. Alfred came a little late, but he made up for it with excellent service and was worth the wait. It's easy to see that he puts extra care into his work, and driving across the bay to meet with me was also great! Alfred bought the parts ahead of time for me and found the correct model number and brought it to the appointment too. Alfred didn't try to upsell me on extra work and was on the way to being done in just about an hour. It was definitely worthwhile.

Alex, arrived on time and without hesitation got right to work. I had my brakes done so it is too early to determine if he did a good job. All signs lead to he did do a good job but with brakes I need to drive the car more to determine how well his work went.
