Working with your organization and Roland was a pleasure, quite easy and better than expected. Roland was ahead of schedule called with plenty of notice to indicate he was available sooner. Roland was very friendly, courteous, professional who answered my questions and explained the process. I was very impressed with the van and the tool assortment and how it was arranged and how promptly he serviced my VW. First impressions mean a lot and my first and only impression was professional service fully equipped with all the tools necessary to deal with a motor and window assembly unit on the driver side was quite involved and he made it look simple and easy. It's worked wonderfully, and I would highly recommend your mechanics, and specifically roland, my only experience so far and I expect that I will call on him and your organization in the future when that occurs. I can honestly say I was impressed with the automated notice via text and email of the appointment scheduling arrival when he was departing etc. It left no question regarding what turned out to be an excellent repair experience. Highly recommended Good job Roland deserve day off. thank you.

Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Why does my motor go from running to just dead?
Answered by Jay
There are no recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB) for the stalling while driving complaint, however there have been other owners who've had similar drivability issues. The fuel pump relay may have an intermittent open circuit, causing you to lose...
