Noe arrived prior to the time as he was close by. Diagnosed the problem which was causing the misfire but wanted to did not want to start the repair immediately. He explained the diagnosis and provided a quote for the repair which should resolve the problem. I'll be scheduling the repair and using Noe services again. A pain-free easy process.

Rich stuck with a job until it was done and done, right. The handle was still a little sticky when he left but he put grease on it and that grease worked its way in and my door opens great now.
