Ted is an amazing person - You are notified if he is running late - he is a total professional and is conscience of your needs. On top of that he checks your car thoroughly and informs you if there are any other issues. Efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kyle maintained professionality the entire appointment, from checking-in after his previous appointment to when he finished up with my vehicle. He arrived earlier than the appointed time and gave an advanced heads-up, which was great. When he began working on my vehicle, it was apparent that he knew what he was doing, and finished up far faster than a trip to an autobody shop. He also gave an assessment of the vehicle, and informed me of what should be fixed or replaced in a quick but detailed manner. Lastly, by the time he finished, it was time for the original appointment time, so it was great that we completed the appointment far in advance than what was expected. Overall, I'd recommend Kyle to anyone with car issues for his generous behavior, professionalism, and experience.

The job took longer than he anticipated however, he said that he chose to not use power tools because of the possible noise in the neighborhood. Very professional and polite.
