Very well experienced lad, he had told me every single detail about why my 65 mustang was not working. And what I need to look out for and why it's doing this and not that. I recommend him for any and every service you all may need. Very easy to talk to, went above and beyond what the job asked and I couldn't ask for a better machanic. Thankso bub.

AMOUNT PAID

David arrived on time, knew what needed to be done, was friendly and gave advice on other future issues. I am very pleased with Your Mechanic, more reasonable than shop rates, and you are not held hostage in a lobby reading outdated magazines. I should have used them before this.

Zach showed up 5 minutes early, called me when he was outside, and came prepared with all parts. He was professional, friendly, and skilled. He completed his work in a timely manner and reported his findings to me. He took excellent pictures of all work and sent me a detailed report via e-mail. All of this on a Saturday, for less than half what the local shop quoted me, and I got to sit in my sweatclothes sipping coffee, catching up with my Girlfriend rather than sitting in a waiting room. I would strongly recommend him and yourmechanic.com. Thanks Zach!

First of all, I had higher expectations from this service. Everything he did, I could have done myself. It was not worth the money. The level of professionalism was very casual and average. He checked a few things and said that I should buy it because it is well worth the money. My concerns were kind of brushed off. He was at least kind. Not even five miles after driving the car off of the lot, I notice the check engine light. I have not gotten it checked because of the cost and anxiety. I wanted this service because the last time I bought a car, the check engine light came on a few days later and started a bunch of problems. Months later with this car, it has began to sound super rough and has been leaking fluid since I brought it home. It's pretty bad. I have been putting this off because the thought of it brings me anxiety and make me sad.

Low oil pressure, trouble staying started, oil leaking
Answered by Tim
Hi Jordan. When you have a rear main seal leak, it's very difficult to repair without removing the engine. Low oil pressure is typically caused by low oil levels, but also a failing oil pump. However, it usually does not...
How do you turn the traction control on?
Answered by Jessica
Hello. Thank you for writing in. The traction control is monitored by the computer using the sensors on your wheel hubs and other related components. If these get water damage, disconnected, or shorted out during the car wash, the computer...

Answered by Tim
Hi there: The problem with changing out the camshaft position sensor is that sometimes the issue is actually due to the sensor wiring harness; which might be the reason this OBD-II error code was triggered initially. The P-0340 trouble code...
