Incredibly thorough and communicative. Had him take a look at an old Suzuki Samurai and even though the car is nearly 30 years old, Frank was more than familiar with all of it's workings and quirk.

As a woman it has been difficult to deal with any kind of mechanic work but I got super lucky to get a hold of Frank! He even diagnosed my truck without the diagnostic tool because it wasn't working due to me having an after market stereo. He knew I needed spark plugs and a coil- And taught me a few things about the motor! Definitely a miracle worker! He knew by the sound and touch of the car what was going on and wasted no time fixing it. I will be using him for the rest of my living life! LOL thank you so much!
