Robert was great -- knowledgeable, fast and had good advice. For my issue however, a mobile mechanic service was not the best. My fault. $135 down the drain. I recommend checking with your dealership first and/or having more communication with YourMechanic before paying for the 'visit.' If your issue isn't resolved, they keep your money which doesn't happen at the dealership or a repair shop.

Rick did a very good job diagnosing multiple problems on my 30 year old Nissan 300 ZX 2 + 2...He was appx. 30 minutes late but once he arrived he worked rapidly, explaining it to me in terms I could understand... Due to the age of the engine and wear and tear of its components, (i.e. spark plugs & wires, timing belt, etc.) He is scheduled to return on Tuesday 28 June to replace broken components and perform a complete tune up... He provided me an itemized quote... Very good experience... looking forward to drivin' the Z again....

Thanks to Mark, our Toyota didn't overheat. I had been filling the coolant overflow container but didn't realize the Radiator was almost bone dry. Mark diagnosed an air pocket, filled me up. He also uncovered a leak in transmission fluid - I was a quart low and had no idea. Either one of these problems could have been quite costly. But he helped avoid that and didn't try to oversell me on addl. work. Rare these days. Would definitely recommend working with Mark if you get the chance.

Mark inspected a 2001 Toyota Tundra I was considering purchasing from a private seller. Mark inspected and test drove the vehicle while I was at work. Mark took the time to call me and give me his take on the truck. It was obvious that he took his time to do a thorough inspection and helped me determine whether this truck fit my needs.
