Rick was prompt, courteous, explained everything that was going on and what was required to fix it, and ultimately, fixed the problem.

Rick showed up a few minutes early and was very professional. He answered all questions and he quickly replaced an alternator. Will definitely consider him next time work needs to be done, and to friends who have vehicles they can't get to a shop.

Overall a Very Professional Service, from the email updates, on time arrival, quality parts and repair service and recommendations. It was also great to be able to do other things and not be stuck at the repair shop. Price was also 20% lower than the quote i recieved from the dealership

Rick was awesome! Nice, friendly and even showed up a little early to get the work done. He gave me handy tips as well for my Rotary engine. He did ask me which fog light was being replaced; I said both were to be replaced as ordered in my estimate; but only one got done. I can let that slide for him though as it was probably not his fault.

Rick did a very good job diagnosing multiple problems on my 30 year old Nissan 300 ZX 2 + 2...He was appx. 30 minutes late but once he arrived he worked rapidly, explaining it to me in terms I could understand... Due to the age of the engine and wear and tear of its components, (i.e. spark plugs & wires, timing belt, etc.) He is scheduled to return on Tuesday 28 June to replace broken components and perform a complete tune up... He provided me an itemized quote... Very good experience... looking forward to drivin' the Z again....

Rick was very prompt (a little early, actually) and he estimated an hour to do the work, which was spot on. Very easy, quick, and he showed me the old part (front strut), which definitely needed replacing. He was very thorough, providing a 50-point inspection that let me know what looks good on the car and what needs attention - an added bonus. It was so great not having to get ready and drive someplace to sit for an hour in an auto shop waiting room while the repairs were done! The cost was excellent as well, and Rick didn't try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff. I already knew the front brakes need servicing, which I'm going to schedule with Rick this week. I haven't driven the car except to work this morning, because the brakes need fixing, but so far the repair Rick did seems excellent. The car feels a lot more solid with the new strut.

Rick was awesome! Showed up 20 minutes early, ready to go. Took the time to really do the job right, which was a complicated replacement of rotors, pads and bearings on an E350 Super Duty dual rear wheel short bus. He had experience working on and servicing ambulances, which showed in his competency working on the bus. Caught a couple minor issues that needed attention in the process. Super happy with quality of work, will use both the service and try to book specifically with Rick in the future. Really nice guy to boot!

Rick did a fantastic job on my 2001 4Runner. I do quite a bit of maintenance on it myself - but leave some of the trickier/more critical services to the pros - and Rick is definitely a pro that I would recommend to anyone. I'll be booking him for my next service of replacing the timing belt - thanks again Rick!
