This was my first time using a at home service for my car , after reading the comments from other customers I decided to give it a try , and oh my gosh I was totally shocked by the professionalism that Rodney provided he showed up early which I was fine with cause I am a tickler for being on time and on time he was , so that was a big check mark , professionally dressed with company logo uniform . Not only did he find out the problem with my car but also did a inspection of the entire car , let me know that my tires were low and recommended that as soon as i get it running go and get them inflated and told me what pressure for front and the rear . So yes I was very happy with Rodney and the service he provided and the overall attention of the company putting customers first . Looking forward to seeing Rodney next week for the repairs .
I had a great experience with Rodney. He was polite and engaging. He took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle so I could understand what needs to be fixed. He also went out of his way to book my service appointment when he had planned to take the rest of the day off just so I can have my vehicle fixed. Thanks Rodney!
Jeff my mechanic was fantastic and the car is running very well now. The yourmechanic.com service was a bit suspect. Not sure they have all the website/customer service kinks worked out yet but, Jeff overcame the obstacles quickly and with a great attitude. The website service did not understand what parts I needed (and its simple really, as it was just motor mounts). I suspected this and called to confirm and was told they would make sure the mechanic would have what he needed. He did not, it delayed the repair time and changed the price.
John was great. He explained things to me very well and made me feel very comfortable. I trust him and his work and I will refer him to all my friends. Your Mechanic made car repairs so easy and I'm so glad my friend referred them to me. Thank you
There is additional work that needs to be done with the car. The reading for a previous auto mechanic's scan stated P0040 - Upstream O2 sensor swapped Bank to Bank.Possible causes Crossed Heated Oxygen Sensor harness connection; Wiring swapped from one Oxygen Sensor to the other; Wiring changed at the computer connection or in the harness. This time it was P0100 - Mass Air Flow Sensor. Possible causes MAF Sensor circuit open or shorted; Intake air leaks (unmetered are after MAF Sensor); Defective MAF Sensor; Electronic Control Module (ECM) Powertrain Module (PCM) concern.

Hot day, Worked hard, my Oxygen sensor didn't work, (not his fault) but the window repair went great!
This gentleman was on time and listened very well to my questions and answered accordingly. He displayed a professional demeanor and was well versed in auto mechanics. He was fast and efficient and completed a thorough analysis of my car. I would have this gentleman back to my home again and will request him for further repairs. In addition, I will recommend him and your organization to everyone I know and further, to people I do not know. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional employees are very hard to find these days and it is key to great customer service. I find this mechanic to be trustworthy as well which is also a key characteristic representative of great customer service. Thank you again and I look forward to a continuing business relationship.
