John did a great job. He was very communicative, letting me know he was running a few minutes late due to traffic. Bay area traffic is notoriously awful so I won't hold it against him. :) He was very friendly, explained everything that needed to be done with a smile on his face, and called me to let me know when he was finished. Joe is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to trucks and working on them. He worked fast and even showed up early. It amazed me how much he knew about my truck. I gave him permission to drive my truck to help locate the leak and he was able to find it! I am so grateful it was just my power steering lid that was leaking. I replaced it for $12 at Autozone and boom no more leak!
