Roland is very knowledgeable and works hard. He keeps you informed on every step of the job he is completing. As he works, he points out other minor problems that could become major if ignored. Really nice and helpful - he couldn't fix our issue (it has to be fixed by the dealership due to being a recall issue), but he diagnosed the issue, went over everything for us, AND showed up early to an appointment we were forced to reschedule when the last mechanic refused to show up. Fantastic service! I was stranded in Davis due to starter issues and there were no available mechanics around to replace my starter. I found Bereketeab through YourMechanic and he was able to drive to me from Sacramento (keep in mind, he did not need to do this at all as it was out of his service area) and replace my starter. He showed me how to replace the starter and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommended!
