Great communicator and very professional. He even went the extra mile to update my estimate and run to an auto parts store to get additional parts after his diagnostic discovered an issue with my radiator hose which was not on my original appointment. He saved me having to schedule another appointment for the additional and possibly missing work since I'm a long distance commuter and this is my only vehicle. Good guy, Will have him dome out to service my vehicle again. .

Check the crankshaft position sensor and see if there is a loose wire or if the remote wiring is disabling the sensor. If the wiring is good and the sensor is hooked up properly, then I recommend replacing the crankshaft...

You have to have the engine running on a lift or a flat surface before you take out the check plug or else the fluid will spill out. Then you can check the fluid level and put the plug back...
