My radiator is not holding water and its new
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hi there. The radiator of your Ford Taurus has several coolant lines connected to it, that all should be replaced when a radiator is replaced as well. In most case, when the radiator is leaking after installation, it’s due to the an older hose cracking or not fitting correct on the radiator output connection. It is also possible that a thermostat housing is not properly installed. I would recommend having a professional mechanic come to your location and complete a coolant leak inspection, so they can determine where the leak is coming from; then recommend the right repairs.
