Hi Rose nice to meet you.
When you have no forward gears and only reverse this normally point to a bad transmission clutches. But first do the basics test.
Transmission fluid check.Transmission Fluid should be a nice clear light red to clear light Brown.. if dark brown to black then you have internal transmission issues.
Check the fluid with the engine at running temp for best results, and check with the engine running.No need for vin number at this moment Rose but check the fluid it might just be low but if you find it’s not and the fluid is dirty let me know.

Ok then you have a leak check your coolant is not contaminated with atf fluid and check for leaks under the car . If it’s dry it’s leaking and a dry transmission will not work?

Ok you will need to fill back up put in a few quarts run up the engine and check level add if needed and then with the engine running put it in gear with the brakes on and EBrake on and have a second person check below for leaks
