Ok its leaking from that radiator hose and clamp. You need to be vet careful when doing this. The system need to be cold and under no pressure. The hose will need to be replaced as well as the coolant and the system bled of air. When you do the repair don't use that spring clamp on the hose use a regular clamp which tightens by turning the screw head.

The heater doesn't work either is this part of problem
